If you don't always feel like exercising when you start out just visualize the end goal. The vision board recommended by SparkPeople is a great tool. It takes time to adjust in the changes to your lifestyle. Be kind to yourself knowing you will get there because you want to get there.

  • I believe exercising regularly, helps the attitude, and boost the belief that we really can get to a normal weight. Because when we exercise we have evidence we are doing something about our weight problem. - by ASHLEEWEBART

  • The more I practice and tell God and the Universe what it is I want it seems to always come to me. I have a alert on my phone that I have a running list of things that would enhance mine and my family's life and it comes true.. I am so grateful!! That is the main key. • I've been wanting, after losing 40lbs or so (by eating more healthily than I've done for donkeys years and becoming something of a gym bunny) to find a new way of inspiring me when things have became a little Ground Hog Day. This sounds like something I've not really tried, but which could prove very useful. Thank you. - by CHEBBA
