If you don't always feel like exercising when you start out just visualize the end goal. The vision board recommended by SparkPeople is a great tool. It takes time to adjust in the changes to your lifestyle. Be kind to yourself knowing you will get there because you want to get there.

I believe exercising regularly, helps the attitude, and boost the belief that we really can get to a normal weight. Because when we exercise we have evidence we are doing something about our weight problem.

I think exercising is good...I just wish I could get into the routine of doing it. I always try but get lost along the way.

The more I practice and tell God and the Universe what it is I want it seems to always come to me. I have a alert on my phone that I have a running list of things that would enhance mine and my family's life and it comes true.. I am so grateful!! That is the main key. Thank Thank Thank you God for all my blessings!!

I've been wanting, after losing 40lbs or so (by eating more healthily than I've done for donkeys years and becoming something of a gym bunny) to find a new way of inspiring me when things have became a little Ground Hog Day. This sounds like something I've not really tried, but which could prove very useful. Thank you.
