If you don't always feel like exercising when you start out just visualize the end goal. The vision board recommended by SparkPeople is a great tool. It takes time to adjust in the changes to your lifestyle. Be kind to yourself knowing you will get there because you want to get there.

    I believe exercising regularly, helps the attitude, and boost the belief that we really can get to a normal weight. Because when we exercise we have evidence we are doing something about our weight problem.

    I have done this on days it's hard to get moving. I ask myself out loud, what do you want to be? Or just look at list of goals.
