Melatonin For Better Sleep




I have trouble getting to sleep early enough at night to get my needed sleep, so I take a melatonin supplement 20 minutes before I need to go to sleep. Helps me fall asleep faster and stay asleep, and it is non-addictive

  • I agree with this, but I supplement 3 mg of melatonin tablet with 3 valerian capsules--also all natural and herbal--this is the source from which Valium was manufactured. It also helps to make the sleeping room very dark and include a fan for white noise. emoticon - by LAMBIERABBIT
