When you are not wearing your sterling silver, keep it in a ziplock back with some rice. Humidity is what tarnishes silver so keeping it air-tight with something to absorb the moisture will keep it sparkling for a long time! Also, most jewelery counters will sell a polishing cloth. (under 10$) this is a great investment. The trick is to NEVER wash them! they will last for years and help keep your gold and silver sparkling like the day you bought them!

They say every black cloud has a silver lining. Find it. No matter how back you may feel, or how much you think you may be failing, think of the positives you have acheived so far. Moreover, even if you find the reason why you thing you've been failing (and, btw, no one fails until they've given
up completely), finding the reason alone - is a positive.
So keep looking for the silver lining - even in the darkest of clouds.

Even on the darkest nights, there is a light shining somewhere, you just have to look. I have started to make sure to always try & find some good in the situation, things do happen for a reason. Stop, take a breath & step back for a moment, sometimes just in that simple breath your mind can clear!
