I had pretty much hit a plateau when I first tried this DVD. I work out during my lunch hour so I'm pressed for time. In the 2-3 months that I've been 'shredding', I've lost 10 pounds, 2 inches in my chest and 2 in my waist. So if you are stuck in a rut, pick up a copy and start shredding. You will be glad that you did.

All you need are hand weights and a mat if you are working out on a hard surface. For level 1, I use 3 sets. 1 pounds, 2 pounds and 3 or 5 pounds. I use the 1 pound for the shoulder presses because I'm weak there.

I just got the DVD in the mail today. I have borrowed it from Netflix to see if I like it, before I buy it (I don't need any more dust catchers)

Although she's very good and I would love to do this it's not always possible as I am a baby boomer and unable to do many of her exercises. One must be careful and stay within the range of what we are physically able to do without harming yourself.
