I like a snack between dinner and bedtime so I save calories until that time like a glass of nonfat milk or fruit. I feel like I am rewarding myself for doing good all day but not blowing my calories since I saved them for that time.

Combine some plain yogurt with the flavoured kind. I hate artificial sweeteners, so I usually buy the kind that has sugar. But it is too sweet. I find that if I cut it with plain yogurt such as activia, it actually tastes much better and it is less sugary. I divide the yog into two portions.
