    I love this. So true. I do it and now my team members at work do it. We set up for storytimes and put on the music. We have been known to do a mean electric slide between work demands. So... some might think I'll a little kookie. But .. hey. Better thin, kookie and healthy than fat, status quo and unhealthy. emoticon

    This is the whole idea of the Done Being the Fat Girl group's DONE DANCE. Just put on some music and move it for 15 minutes. I love CAT COUNTRY 96 in Allentown,Pa and Penn's Peak Radio which can be accessed on the web. PPR is a mix of old and new country and rock, so the songs vary widely and there's no shortage of movin' music! KEEP DANCIN' ALL!
