Sometimes I just put in one of my workout dvds and watch it to get motivation to work out. I usually only have to watch it for a few minutes before I decide I am going to work out.

i love beyonce. she's soooo amazing, and has curves out-of-this-world!!! so, i watch her videos on youtube. sometimes i copy the dance routines (at least try!!!) and tell myself I am a diva!!! i am transforming my body to connect with my mind state!!! lol bye!
I find that having the right gadgets can help SPARK my exercise and motivate me to push myself and beat my best!

I recently purchased a few things to help me in my workouts - a fitness watch (counts calories, mileage, steps etc) & an alarm clock. you wouldn't think they'd do much - but now i can track my fitness more accurately (& get up on time! lol) and it inspires me to push through it!
