I find that if I go to SparkPeople to start my day, I can usually get my mindset to healthy choices for the day. If I start with my email, or FaceBook, for example, I can get caught up in other things and pretty soon I find that I am making poor choices for my food, and talking myself out of exercise. So, the FIRST thing I do on the computer is check in with SparkPeople and try to tally up as many points as I can. Then I'm ready for a day of good choices!

I have a healthy breakfast and tell my self I am doing well and I started the day right and remind myself to end the day right....not perfect but eating right. I may falter at times but I quickly pick myself up. I can do it!
