Life is not perfectly predictable. Just because you fall for a week doesn't mean you'll fail in the long run. 1 week out of 52 in a year is nothing. Think of how much weight you can lose the rest of the time - keep your chin up, enjoy that off-week and keep going!
Sometimes its hard to keep your chin up when your facing a lifestyle change . For me I like to stay positive , even when life looks dim. I count my blessing at that point. Life can always be worse. I live by the saying that - " If everyone in the World threw their troubles in a pile for you to see - you would want yours back " So stay positive - The rough spot will pass !! LiL Racer
