When traveling, put your necklaces in a Ziploc bag. Keep them clasped and place 75% of each necklace inside the bag. Close the zipper, and keep the clasps on the outside of the bag. This prevents them from getting tangled!

If you've ever tried to travel with necklaces, then you know how easily they can tangle. Rather than pack them in a plastic baggie or jewelry box, I take the charms off the chains (those go in a baggie). The chains I feed through a cut-to-fit straw and clasp them. This keeps them from tangling!
This works best for simple chains with small pendants. Get an inexpensive toothbrush travel tube holder and cheap, plastic drinking straws and "thread" the chain through the straw and clasp. Put the "strawed" necklace in the toothbrush tube holder and no more tangled necklaces.
I keep two types of shower products: upscale, nice-smelling shampoo and conditioner and perfumed bath gel, and normal drugstore stuff. When I have worked out in the morning before my shower, I use the good stuff, and when I haven't, I use the cheap stuff. Every time I take a shower after I work out, I'm rewarding myself for sticking to my goals, and every time I have to use the normal stuff, I'm reminded to get back on track.
