i find that some times just walking is relaxing But when your negative thoughts outway your positive times to keep them at bay i go to the library and take out a couple of audio books usually mysteries and for the 40 minutes or how ever long i walk or even doing housework my mind isn't on things it might not be best concintraiting on but instead it's trying to solve the mystery or just listening to the story...try it it helps
