Constantly looking forward to being at my goal weight in the future and not stopping to think about how long it will take me to get there. Even with exercise, for example, if I stopped to think about how miserable it might be when I got there, I wouldn't go. Instead I just get up as soon as my alarm goes off and go...and I feel so much better about myself afterward that I want to do it again.

    Very true. This is where the ad "Just do it" comes in handy. Don't ask yourself do I want to do it, just do it.

    so true. the biggest struggle comes from within ourselves. I am so undisciplined with the alarm. thinking myself right out of why i had set it so early...!
