I joined a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) for the first time in San Diego. Having a full week's worth of fruits & veggies to go through (and more!) every week forced me to cook at home more. Incorporating the fresh foods of the season has been a plus - I feel better and love what I am eating. [For more info check out www.localharvest.org]

I like your message. This is just what I have been doing all summer. Everything from our garden and from farmers markets. Using as many in season, fresh, local fruits and vegetables as I can find and trying all different ways to fix them with very little sodium, just some other seasonings. I find we are eating better, losing weight and really enjoying what we eat. Thanks again for the support. I feel this is a way of eating that we sll can live with and maintain for ever.
