When breaking a bad habit, picture yourself doing the right thing. For example, picture yourself getting out of bed, brushing your teeth, and getting right into your workout. Picture it several times and associate it with other everyday cues. It's amazing how much easier it will be to get it done!

There are those days when you just don't feel like working out. We all have them. It's during those moments that we have a choice--Ditch the workout, or JUST DO IT. I find that whenever I do the activity, I never ever have regrets & I always feel better! Visualization is the key.
I use visualization to help me. When I see something about someone that I admire I visualize myself obtaining it (defined armes, strong core, etc). I also research it to determine what path is best to obtain my goals and visualize myself on various points of the path. It works!
