When you decide to get back on track first realize that this is not a diet but a way of life. Treat your home and your body as a shrine. No junk in the house no junk in your system. Outside of your home you can reward yourself for treating your body and house with love and treat yourself to a decadent sweet or drink. Good habits start at home. You are the keeper, provider and teacher to others. emoticon

    I have an issue with this. I know how to eat healthy, I learn about it in class everyday all day. But then I come home and get into whatever I have. When I shop with my boyfriend we sometimes get snack foods, but I know I should just say no and save the calories and money!

    I need to get rid of the bowl of snack stuff on my kitchen table. I seem to be the only one who snacks from this bowl and I do snack a handful at a time everytime I go to it or thru it. Who put that there anyway??? emoticon

    I need to rid my house of my trigger foods. It seems the list of foods that trigger out of control eating for me is getting longer as I get older. If its not in the house I can't eat the whole thing/box/whatever while relaxing in front of the tv! So I agree with you! emoticon
