Invest in a planner, something you can take along with you when you don't have the net at your fingertips! I jot down appointments, achievements, notes to self. Yes I have started including an appointment time for doing offercise, that's my term for office exercise...ten minutes at a time at least twice through the day. Try it! You can have your schedule for a month/week at your fingertips! I don't go anywhere without my planner!
Don't forget to take a moment and note the task into the organizer on your phone!

Juggling cardio and strength training was a little baffling for me until I found I could set them as appointments in my planner here on spark people, set up an email reminder, amd have each one repeat weekly.
