Sometimes we just don't feel like working out. So just commit to 10 minutes. You'll find that before the 10 minutes is up, your endorphins are pumping, your feeling good and you'll **WANT** to finish a good workout!

When I just can't fit my work-out in, and see the day slipping away, if I stop and do one of the 10 minute SP videos I find that it is highly likely I will find a way to fit in 10, 20 or 30 minutes more before the day ends. Starting with 10 minutes reminds my body how easy it is and how much better I feel... so the additional exercise is very easy! If nothing else, at least I got that 10 minutes in!!
So remembering to just get going makes all the difference in the world!
Trick Yourself into Exercising When You Don't Feel Like It
Set your goal to just work out for at least 10 minutes - and do it even when you don't feel like it. It's only 10 minutes, right?!? It's not going to kill you!
For me - when exercising I get energized. If I trick myself (even consciously) into JUST getting started - that 10 minutes can easily stretch to an hour or more. On those days that I just can't get with it - at least I get 10 minutes in.
