Sometimes we just don't feel like working out. So just commit to 10 minutes. You'll find that before the 10 minutes is up, your endorphins are pumping, your feeling good and you'll **WANT** to finish a good workout!

    ABSOLUTELY! That's what's kept my Streak going for almost 2 years now, making sure I did at LEAST 10 minutes! And the few times I was sick/feverish, in order not to break the Streak, I'd get up & walk or jog in place for 10 minutes before crawling back to bed. If it hadn't been for SP & people like you reminding me, I would have just let the day go by without moving. So..... emoticon

    I did so ! Now i find myself doing it for 55 minutes just by getting used to it ! and I've increased the interval slowly bit by bit .... it's an awesome idea :) Thanks for sharing it

    This is so true and once you get the hang of it and it becomes habit forming, you want to add another 5 or 10 minutes to it. Before you know it, you're up to 30 mins then an hours! I love it! emoticon

    10 minutes is better that nothing and eventually you may create a routine and the discipline to do it for longer and daily.

    If u set ur goals small u'll find u accommplishment them more making u feel better and wanting to set ur goals even higher!

    This is my method lately to just do it for that little of time. So far I have kept going. I say whatever gets me up and doing exercise so I will use any way to trick myself.

    Ten minutes, I can handle, and if I feel like doing more, I do. Once you've put the 10 minutes are inclined to keep going.

    I forgot to add that when you do 50 or more houses a day, this becomes quite a few 10 minute work outs.

    This is really true. On my job I go from house to house doing inspections. I then get out and do the walk around to look for damages. This gets my heart going and when I get to the car it is find my hand towel to wipe the sweat. I have even started dropping a paper or tape that is in my hands so I can do a squat exercise to pick it up. It is amazing what you can add into your work routine that can be an exercise.

    Not only does 10 minutes help get some exercise in but it can help alleviate stress from work! Refresh your day and just overall make you feel better emoticon
