Sometimes we just don't feel like working out. So just commit to 10 minutes. You'll find that before the 10 minutes is up, your endorphins are pumping, your feeling good and you'll **WANT** to finish a good workout!

  • ABSOLUTELY! That's what's kept my Streak going for almost 2 years now, making sure I did at LEAST 10 minutes! And the few times I was sick/feverish, in order not to break the Streak, I'd get up & walk or jog in place for 10 minutes before crawling back to bed. If it hadn't been for SP & people like you reminding me, I would have just let the day go by without moving. So..... emoticon - by GINGERVISTA

  • This is really true. On my job I go from house to house doing inspections. I then get out and do the walk around to look for damages. This gets my heart going and when I get to the car it is find my hand towel to wipe the sweat. I have even started dropping a paper or tape that is in my hands so I can do a squat exercise to pick it up. It is amazing what you can add into your work routine that can be an exercise. - by MOMSUE1
