Find creative ways to incorporate healthy habits into your life - do the tree pose (yoga) while brushing your teeth; pull your abs in while sitting at your desk or grocery shopping; challenge yourself to eat one extra serving of fresh fruit or veggies every day; remind yourself that every day is a new day to make good choices, and challenge yourself to follow that mantra!
For those of us that have started our weightloss journey with extreme obesity issues it can be really difficult to get started with physical activity. Challenge yourself with a walk, maybe just a few blocks to start out and then add more or challenge yourself to finish in less time than the last time.
