Logging on to SP keeps me motivated and ready to tackle the world. I've changed my routine by drinking my morning cup of coffee at my lap top instead of in front to of the TV/news. This morning I realized that on days that I do not log on to SP I consume nearly double the amount of calories and have very little motivation!
When you log on, make sure to read articles, blogs, etc. something will stick in your head and help you stay motivated during the day.
