Think about how GOOD you feel when your clothes fit loose!
While you are on your diet and you have already lost some pounds, when you feel you want to "cheat" just think about how good you felt when you tried on your clothes and it fit loose...think that what you are about to eat is not going to make you feel as good as those loose clothes or jeans! Guaranteed you will not eat it!

Take the time to journal daily the positive things that you are seeing that will be internal motivators to continue on loosing weight or eating better. Do not allow yourself to focus on the negative but be proud of every small accomplishment.
