Getting it right, finally. I read the book "Women, Food and God" by Geneen Roth. It has become my Bible, along with "The Spark". I have always known that food played a very obsessive role in my life...the book explains those obsessions and how to overcome them...just reading the information brought me to tears. I am grateful everyday for those who can bring us out of our insanity without therapy. I now eat to live not live to eat. I track my food and plan my meals and it is enough....
