To keep chips, cereal, cookies and crackers fresh I started using legal clips, not paper clips. The clips are tighter. They keep the food fresh longer . You just fold the plastic wrap and clip it. A box cost a few dollars. I also use them in the car for the seat belt that seem to be to tight on the Honeys tummy. We get a little slack on the seat belt and then clip it. They are good for keeping drapes closed in hotel - soyou can sleep. Now, see what you can use them for. So, many uses. Have fun!

Make a paper clip chain, each paper clip representing a pound lost, use a magnet to attach it to your fridge at home or filing cabinet at work. This gives you a visual and tactile reminder of how much weight you've lost, plus it's fun to keep adding those paper clips on to last weeks chain!
Mark those pounds lost to keep motivating yourself
I have now made a paper clip chain from brightly colored paper clips. There is one clip for each pound I have lost. I have it hanging in my office. It is a great reminder of how far I have come (30 clips), and encourages me when I start to dream about eating something just because it sounds great!
