Not all foods that are healthy have to taste like cardboard. With a little bit of experiment, there is a plethora of spices that can add flavor, without adding unwanted calories or sodium. I like the taste of flavor so much better than the taste of cardboard. *grin*

Bananas, rice, Applesauce, oatmeal, bland foods are great for an ulcer or a worried stomach.
