Your body gets use to the same excercise. If you use the eliptical everyday, your body gets use to that motion and you will burn as many calories. Try using the stationary bike. If your are hell bent on the eliptical try a new program.

    I took this advice and began mixing up my workouts I defiantly feel it now thanks emoticon
