Ride your bike to work, or combine a bike ride with public transportation.
MORE INFORMATION:
Riding my bike to work really helps me get my exercise in. I was going to spend time commuting anyway, so combining it with exercise makes better use of my time. I'm also more motivated to ride if I have to ride to get home.

Knock out exercise without making time for it - Bike to and from Work or School
I have a 45 minute bike commute (each way). If I drove, it would take me 30 minutes. By biking, I am guaranteed 90 minutes of exercise helping both me and the environment. If I get home and don't want to do anything else, I don't have to and I have still got 90 minutes in the books.
I know I already told everybody about running errands with your bike, but lately I've started commuting with my bike, and I am amazed with the results. Not only I get my exercise done, but I also save and average of 40 dollars a month, just in gas!!!
