Buffet Sytle Events: Try To Eat Less On Purpose

On holidays, at parties etc...If it is a pot luck buffet style occasion: First, take a regular size plate. Next, look to see what you crave most. Then take one serving size spoonful to place food on your plate. Make sure NOT any of the foods you choose are touching. The space between foods helps with portion control. This also forces you to choose only your favorite foods. Which will keep your cravings at bay. emoticon .

    eat small amount during buffet eating, so you can eat less of the food that is not good for you. emoticon emoticon

    Great suggestion about the food not touching making for smaller portions. Works for eating at home too.
