Tracking Your Junk Foods

If you are like me, some days you just eat worse than other days. In order to keep track of how much JUNK I'm eating, I made a meal category called "Junk Food" and I put all sweets, chips, etc there, regardless of what time of day I eat them. That way all non-food is in one place and I can see how MUCH of it I've consumed in a day. If I start to binge out on any one day, I can easily see how "out of control" I"m letting it get.

    What a great idea. since I've reached my weight goal, I've slipped back into eating junk food, sometime. I think seeing it all in one place, will serve to motivate me to cut it out, before it gets to be a problem. Thanks. emoticon
