Call Customer Service




At least once a year I call a customer rep and tell them I can't pay so much every month. They pull up my acct and we renegotiate- sometimes eliminating things I don't really need- sometimes just bringing down the rates. This has worked for my cell phone, my landline, my cable and my car insurance, even bundled services! Be polite, be firm and TRY IT! emoticon
