i came home lastnight and wanted a salad so bad i didnt want to go to the store so i went and made a salad in a wrap it was really good it was lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, a little dressing onions peppers carrots and wrapped it up and ate it it was one way of getting dinner fast

I love eating salad and vegetables in deli wraps but the flour tortilla wraps can be upto 170 cals per wraps before you add your filling, so now where possible I use a green leaf or lettuce leaf as my wrap instead.244
I wrap my tuna salad (I substitute a fat free salad dressing to step up taste instead of a light mayo) inside of large Iceberg lettuce leaves instead of a pita or wrap bread.....delicious and way less calories!
Eating veggies will help me loose weight YES! Well as much as I know this to be true it has always bean a struggle. Who can endure the salad, salad, salad, bla, bla, bla,? Then I did a few tweaks that changed the way I think about getting my greens. I add them to wraps by the handful, replace green beans for my pasta when I'm having spaghetti, and make a veggie " chili that is packed with flavor not calories just to name a few.
