Secrets of Success

Drinking At Least 8 Cups Of Water Daily

I have ALWAYS had a problem drinking "just plain" water but for a healthier lifestyle I must - so needing 8 cups of water per day I use to drink 1 cup every hour while at work.

NOW I have purchased a water bottle 'JUG' that holds 8 cups of water. I fill it up with ice and water in the morning and I know once completed for the day, my 64oz goal is met. I am lucky because at work we have a full size refrigerator with an ice machine so I am able to keep the ice flow going. emoticon

This is what works for me. When it comes to goals you have to find what works for may take a while but do NOT give up!! A goal is ONLY met when YOU put in the work. Have a Sparkling Day! emoticon

That's great. I also want to point out that according to Dr. OZ you don't neccesarily have to drink just plain water for it to count. He says it all counts, even the liquids that come from your foods. He debunked the need to drink 8 or more glasses of plain water daily on top of those other liquids as a myth. - by TOTALFAILUR
  • I have a problem with drinking the water also and keeping track how many I did drink so I used an old juice bottle and keep it filled in the frig and when it is empty I know I have had all of the glasses I need for the day... - by V295THO
