I have ALWAYS had a problem drinking "just plain" water but for a healthier lifestyle I must - so needing 8 cups of water per day I use to drink 1 cup every hour while at work.
NOW I have purchased a water bottle 'JUG' that holds 8 cups of water. I fill it up with ice and water in the morning and I know once completed for the day, my 64oz goal is met. I am lucky because at work we have a full size refrigerator with an ice machine so I am able to keep the ice flow going.
This is what works for me. When it comes to goals you have to find what works for YOU...it may take a while but do NOT give up!! A goal is ONLY met when YOU put in the work. Have a Sparkling Day!

Not drinking enough water? Most people should drink at least 8 cups of water daily, but for various reasons some fail to do so. Here's a little secret that is a sure fire way to add an extra cup of water, if not more with no hassle: Add hot spices (not salt) to your food or perhaps make a small but spiiiiicy side dish! Try Tabasco sauce, chili powder, Cajun seasoning or spice curry! Be creative! :)
