"Not My Favourite"




Rather than saying they "love" or "hate" foods, our kids use the expression, "it's not my favourite," to describe foods that they would rather not eat.

More Information:

Not only does this take some of the emotional intensity out of describing some of their strongest dislikes, which may help them try a greater variety of foods, it is also helpful etiquette training for when they visit people's homes and want to decline an offered food.
