Rather than saying they "love" or "hate" foods, our kids use the expression, "it's not my favourite," to describe foods that they would rather not eat.
Not only does this take some of the emotional intensity out of describing some of their strongest dislikes, which may help them try a greater variety of foods, it is also helpful etiquette training for when they visit people's homes and want to decline an offered food.

I play lots of music when I'm home. The ones that make me get up and dance. Dvd concerts are great because you can dance with the audience members. The housework gets done faster so more calories burnt. I seem to move a lot more which is great cause excercise is not my favourite word. But dancing is just lots of fun.18530
