    This is why I put mine up on a shelf and get it down once a week. Once I was weighable on a scale I was on it 3 or 4 times a day. which does not help nor does it make you feel any better weight flucates all day long.
The Dr. told me to put mine away for a month. Let how you clothes fit and measurement tell you your weight loss. Don't depend on the scale. there are many spark article about this.
Just track your food and your exercise.. Not the weight. Some times it takes the pressure off. Then we can move forward.
