well,there is usually a voice within that sometimes give sooo many reasons as to why you shouldn,t exercise but you know what ?i have good news for you ,transform that voice as an alarm for your exercise and watch yourself triumph .

When negative voices start creeping into my head about how much weight I have to lose, I choose to focus on what I HAVE accomplished! I am 1/3 of the way to my end goal and that is a huge accomplishment. I have lost a total of 38.5 lbs in 9 months without a thyroid! By focusing on my accomplishments, it stops the negative voices dead in their tracks and helps to keep me motivated to work so hard.
Whenever you don't feel like exercising do it anyway! It's amazing how great you will feel when you are done. More energized and that negative voice that tried to stop you has no choice but to SHUT UP! Victory.
Talking to myself as a winner helps me banish the negative voice and keeps me pumped. I call it ChampionSpeak because I know that those Olympic athletes probably talk to themselves the same way and I want to get a gold medal too.
