    Very true, Annie. I like to say that the scale is a fickle tease that gives us incomplete, inconsistent, and sometimes misleading feedback. BUT if you track accurately, in the long run the scale will reward your efforts.

    I am still amazed at how many extra calories slip in when I am tracking my food. it makes me more conscious of what i eat.
