I have a body bugg which I programed to remind me every hour to get up and exercise. The result is I am doing more mini sparks like marching or jogging in place, using a resistance bands, weights, doing pushups, or crunches.

Chores + kitcken timer = sneaky way to get exercise
Sneak those pounds away - set your kitchen timer.....20 minutes, and hour....whatever time you have....and work like a whirlwind.....straightening, wiping, folding, vacuuming. The object is to not sit down and keep moving. When the timer goes off.....you have a cleaner place AND you did a mini work out. PLUS, setting the timer breaks both the chore and the exercise down to something that seems more manageable. Bonus!
I am so out of shape that I do Mini Sparks. Mini sparks are shorter in length than 10 min. sparks but also add up. I have Multiple sclerosis. I do marching in place as long as I can to build up my strength in a more gradual pace. 306
Sometimes I find myself not getting anything done for being on the Spark website. Set your timer on your stove that will ring when time is up. It makes you get up to cut off the timer. It's okay, you can sign back on later in the day. Just set the timer! 128
