I sleep in my workout clothes so that in the morning I can just roll out of bed and exercise when my alarm goes off. It is especially helpful when I know I'm going to be struggling with getting up in the morning...tempted to hit the snooze.

sometimes, I sleep in my workout clothes so I can't back out in the morning. I'm already in my clothes so no excuses and they don't like to go into the laundry basket without having a workout because I don't have that many and I don't have time to do laundry often enough. I think of it as a waste of workout clothes if I wear them to bed and not work out before I get out of them.
