Getting That Water In!

This Sparked Me!

I start the morning with 2 glasses of water before I allow myself my HIGHLY DESIRED cup of coffee. It has worked so far. No water, no coffee. emoticon

MORE INFORMATION:
I try to do the same with my meals and snacks as well during the day. First the water then the meal. The coffee one in the morning though is the most motivating. A day without coffee for me is like a day without sunshine :)
