Each day I recommit myself, I write in my blog, so it's out there,for everyone to see, when I'm tempted to give up I remind myself that I've told everyone in cyber space I can do it, I can and will be healthy!

"don't do anything you don't want to do the rest of your life"
....to lose OR maintain weight. When I went on a "diet," I could go to extremes, and when I reached goal weight, I was "done." So I "stopped." Lather, rinse, repeat. Now, if there's anything I do that I think, "Oh, I can't keep doing this" (eat so little, eat certain foods, not eat certain foods), I stop and regroup. And recommit, or make a change.
