I also just bought a ball! I was going to use it when I worked out, but I also find myself sitting for a while when I am not running around like a fool. (stay at home mom with four children on summer vacation from school!) When I take a well needed break to read a chapter of my book, I plop right down on the ball and tighten my tummy or do circles to work out my "bottom line". I feel so much better, though sore in the morning, for I know I didn't just plop down and "veg out". Whoever invented the excercise ball should get a medal!

Working nights and getting home late, I sometimes find it hard to sleep. I've taken to putting my yoga mat out next to my bed before I go to work. When I get home, instead of sitting on the couch watching TV until I'm tired enough to sleep, I get in a quick yoga session. Stretches me out, relaxes me after a long night, and gets me ready to sleep.
