I notice how my body looks in my full length mirror, as I shower, and dress. Then as I lose weight, I see the changes even before my clothes or the scale show it I am already ready watching knowing that my thighs are smaller, the next week I can see my jeans fitting differently in the thigh area. This adds to my enjoyment of losing the weight.
This is especially helpful for me when the scale is not moving, and not moving, and Not Moving. I can tell I am losing fat and gaining muscle by the way my body is changing before my eyes.
