What I have found that works for me is to switch my lunch and dinner. So for lunch I have what I call my main meal and for dinner I have a sandwich or a nice salad.=-)

    I have breakfast for dinner quite often.

My main meal is lunch too. Great secret!

    Always try to make lunch my biggest meal and go smaller with dinner. Love to have Breakfast for dinner!!
