  • I just started cutting carbs - (no bread, fruit or sugar) and have had positive results. My body is burning the fat because I am not taking in alot of carbs. I have tried this previously and had results but didnt ease my body back into carbs slowly and gained some weight back. I limit myself to 20-50 carbs a day so I can exercise without passing out LOL. Keep up the progress and hopefully you will see great results. - by MISTYBREEZE
