It's the "dreaded" conversation, but both of you need to be on the same page in order to save money. Schedule a time in which neither of you are busy and sit down and discuss your budget. Doing this together as a "money saving team" means you're both more likely to stick to your budget!
Cooperation is key. If both of you are not convinced as to why you need to save money, it is going to make saving and budgeting more difficult.
