I make my own greek yogurt by purchasing whatever skim milk yogurt without gelatin is on sale. I use the basket type coffee filters and a strainer to drain it 3 or 4 hours.

More Information:

I add frozen fruit or berries, to the thickened yogurt so I end up with the same amount in the container originally. I usually add a bit of Splenda. This works great for me for breakfasts.
