I just discovered Zevia in a local grocery store today. Zero calories, no artificial sweeteners, uses Stevia for sweetness. I picked up a few flavors, and have tasted 2 so far. They are delicious! They do have a small number of carbs depending on the flavor, but well worth it for a soda treat. http://zevia.com/

Replace your diet soda with a flavored liquid stevia in your water. It comes in many flavors and has no calories. Stevia is safe; plus it does not cause food carvings or feed your body toxins like the sweeteners in diet soda. Try stevia, I know you will like it , as well as save money!!
Drink lots of water and eat at least 3 TBLS of greens
Drink at least 32 oz of water - twice day and eat either turnips greens or spinach before eating anything else.
The water and the greens promote healthy eating and reduce hunger pains. Since I have IBS, this works great for me without any bloating. Of course, quit the sodas or diet sodas altogether. Use Stevia instead of Splenda, etc. -- it's naturally made.
