Whenever I don't feel like working out, my compromise is to just get dressed. I put on my work out outfit, dressed to shoes. After I look the part, it's hard to convince myself to NOT exercise, since I'm already dressed. Putting on my shoes is usually what pushes me over the edge and gets my butt in gear!

Whenever I don't feel like exercising, I tell myself, "I'll get dressed first then see how I feel." Once I'm dressed, it's as easy as walking out the front door. This keeps me honest in how I really feel about exercising.
90% of the time, I end up exercising anyway. I think it's the extra step of putting on exercise clothes which seems like a larger barrier than it really is.
