Secret Lemon Smoothie: *one lemon, (Peel, pips and juice), *1 teaspoon of olive/grapeseed (preferred) oil, *a teaspoon of kelp or wheatgrass powder (optional) *water Whizz all together and gulp down.
The lemon peel contains lemonoids- wonderful for the immune system. The white part of the peel has the most amazing fiber. The pips are full of glyconutrients. The oil cuts a bit of the acidity. Kelp or barleygrass powder is a wonderful source of chelated minerals. 30mins before breakfast

Cut a lemon as you would to put in a drink or a meal and use the skin to put down your garbage dispol make sure you grade the lemon peel before hand and let the dispol run with hot water for about a min it makes ours smell yummy
