    I have such a hard time eating stupid empty calories at night sometimes. My family eats out a lot and I end up having carbs that up my bloodsugars two or three hours later which is when I am sleeping. It frustrates me when I wake up with a 200 BS from a health rice or whole wheat pasta meal the night before. Any thoughts about this? - by GOOFYORANGE
