I know this is so cliche', but it is so true!! If you want to be a runner, then go out and pretend you are a runner! Even if you can only run a few steps... just pretend during those few paces that you are a runner! Soon enough, you'll be running further than you ever thought you could!! Maybe you'll even become a runner! I know this works, I've spent the past 6 months "faking it" and now I'm ready to run my first half marathon in about 2 weeks. I've made it!!

If you don't feel like working out fake like you do until you get down there and actually feel like it. If you don't feel like being happy smile and fake it until your are laughing and actually happy.
I believe in this saying. If you fake it sometimes you work so hard to fake it that eventually you realize you don't have to anymore. You are actually feeling whatever you were faking in the beginning.
